Mehrfachauswahl im Import-Dialog des Editors integriert

Über das Menü Datei->Importieren->Vom Dateisystem können sie nun mehrere Dokumente auf einmal wählen. Vorher konnte man immer nur ein Dokument importieren.
Mehrseitige TIFF Unterstützung im Drag & Drop Import im Editor zugefügt

Mehrseitige TIFF Dateien waren in der Vergangenheit ein Problem. Es wurde immer nur die erste Seite importiert und in der Dokumentenliste dargestellt. Nun werden alle Seiten aus dem mehrseitigen TIFF importiert.
Bugfix: Groß-/Kleinschreibproblem im Assistenten in der Email Funktion behoben

Nachdem man ein PDF erstellt hat und im Assistenten auf PDF emailen geklickt hat, wir ein Dateiname für die zu versendende PDF abgefragt. Hier gab es ein Problem mit Großbuchstaben. Nachdem die PDF zum Emailprogramm übertragen wurde, war der Name immer klein geschrieben, egal ob der Benutzer Großbuchstaben eingeben hat. Dieses Problem ist behoben.
Bild nach PDF Konvertierung optimiert für das Papierformat A4

Bei der Konvertierung von Bildern nach PDF wurde die Seitengröße anhand einer festen DPI Zahl und der Bildgröße ermittelt. Dies führte bei großen Bildern zu einer großen Seitengröße in der PDF. Problematisch war das vor allem, wenn man diese Dokumente dann mit anderen zusammengefügt hat, da die unterschiedliche Seitengröße teilweise deutlich voneinander abwich. Hier ist ein kleine Optimierung eingebaut worden. Bei großen Bildern wird nun immer auf die Seitengröße A4 optimiert. In späteren Versionen soll noch eine Option im Einstellungsbereich erscheinen, sodass der Benutzer diese Sache konfigurieren kann.
Drag & Drop Unterstützung im Editor erweitert

Es ist nun möglich, Dokumente aus der Dokumentenliste per Drag & Drop zu speichern. Sie können die Dokumenten nun in den integrierten Explorer, in den Windows Explorer und zu anderen Zielen Droppen. Das Dokument wird automatisch unter dem PDF Format gespeichert und zum Ziel übertragen. In folgenden Versionen werden noch weitere Funktionen per Drag & Drop umgesetzt.

Docx2Rtf is a file conversion and PDF tool set. As the name suggests, it can convert Word 2007 DOCX/DOTX and OpenOffice SXW/ODT files to RTF or PDF format without needing Word or OpenOffice installed. It is not perfect in retrieving formatting and images from these files, but it does a decent job of retrieving the basic information. It is also capable of displaying a page-by-page layout view of what was retrieved and lets you send it to the printer or batch convert entire folders via the command line.
