Xlideit Image Viewer is a simple image viewer with basic image processing. An image list is shown at the bottom of the window with all the images in the folder. The name of the current image and the toolbar are shown at the top of the window. Use the toolbar to access basic commands like: image slideshow, adjust zoom, rotate, delete, crop or resize the image, sort the list or access the program settings. Move the mouse cursor near the left or right side of the window to show the arrows and select the next or previous image. Move the cursor over the buttons to see a short description or over the image thumbnails to see more information.

ExifTool kann mehr als nur Meta-Daten lesen und schreiben: Die von der Kamera gelieferten EXIF-Daten sind nicht immer korrekt, beispielsweise wenn das Kameradatum nicht stimmt oder der Kommentar noch auf den Vorbesitzer der Kamera hinweist. Solche Fehler korrigiert das Exif-Tool.

Die Sammlung von Perl-Skripten liest EXIF-, IPTC- und XMP-Daten und ändert diese auf Wunsch. Einen separaten Perl-Interpreter braucht man nicht. Für den vollen Funktionsumfang muss man sich mit der Kommandozeile vertraut machen, zum Korrigieren der Metadaten einzelner Bilder genügt das auf ExifTool aufsetzende ExifTool GUI.

New in Image Sort 1.10.0

    Before, when you sorted a folder, a number of things were really annoying. When you sorted an folder, you could not see which file you were seeing (name, format, size), how many images there are yet too sort, and you had to open the explorer to find that out and manually search that image, something, that this app aims to avoid. Also, when you accidentally moved an image to the wrong folder, then that's it. Now you had to open the explorer and move the file manually.
    This release solves a lot of these problems by:
    Showing the information about the image inside the app
    Showing how much progress was made already
    Giving the option to open the current image in explorer
    Enabling the option to revert the (accidental) moving of images (integrated into the "go back" function)
