JPEGView is a viewer/editor for JPEG, BMP, PNG, GIF and TIFF images. It is designed to view images from digital cameras full screen and with highest quality possible. Basic image editing functionality is provided - allowing to correct typical problems as color cast, high/low contrast and under- or overexposure very quickly and interactively during review of the images. JPEGView does not replace a full blown image editor - such an editor will just be needed less often.

Bugs fixed:

    Lossless rotate and crop now works in folders containing Unicode characters in the path.
    Note that the file title must not contain Unicode characters due to the fact that jpegtrans.exe does not support this.

New features:

    Portuguese (Portugal) translation, thanks to Sérgio Marques.
    Support for viewing embedded JPEG images in camera RAW files using code from the dcraw project.
    Support for loading images using Windows Image Codecs (WIC). By default WIC is used to load JPEG XR files (also called High definition photo). When using Windows Vista or Windows 7, the Windows Camera Codec pack can be installed to get support for full size camera RAW images in JPEGView. Refer to the readme.html for instructions.
    New image processing: Perspective correction, use button on navigation panel to activate.
    Rotation and perspective correction: Option to keep aspect ratio when auto cropping.
    New INI file setting: 'AutoRotateEXIF' to disable auto rotation of images based on EXIF image orientation tag. Default is true (the EXIF auto rotation is supported since many versions, this setting is introduced to turn this off).
    New INI file setting: 'ScaleFactorNavPanel' to scale the navigation panel buttons, e.g. to make them larger on touch screens.
    Clicking into the image (without dragging) toggles visibility of navigation panel.
    Zoom by dragging mouse, activate with 'Shiftleft mouse click' or with button on navigation panel.
    Random sorting order for images within folder, can be used e.g. for random slideshow mode (activate with 'z' key).
    Improved crop handling: Crop rectangle can be resized using handles.
    When in 'Adjust window to image' zoom mode and in window mode, the window adjusts automatically to zoomed image size while zooming.

Other changes:

    Russian version of keymap and INI file (KeyMap_ru.txt, JPEGView_ru.ini) containig explanations in Russian. Be aware that these files must be renamed to KeyMap.txt and JPEGView.ini and copied over the original (English) versions when JPEGView shall use them.

Changes in Songbird 1.10.2:

- Playlist and track sync with Android devices has been improved.
- Added official support for Google/Samsung Nexus S, Samsung Galaxy SII, HTC Evo 3D, and Galaxy Nexus.
- The issue with WMA tracks not being playable after updating to 1.10.1 should be resolved.
- When creating a Smart Playlist with the criteria of "Playlist is Library", Songbird no longer crashes.

Private Browsing by PortableApps.com is an enhanced privacy mode app that utilizes your existing copy of Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition. It has specialized settings, a flash blocker, a privacy-enhancing blocklist, improved separation from the local PC, a separate profile and a custom icon so you can easily distinguish it from your main Firefox Portable profile. It even has its own separate set of bookmarks. It's basically a more-advanced private browsing feature than those included in major browsers that can even be customized further by advanced users.

Private Browsing by PortableApps.com is an app that works with Mozilla Firefox, Portable Edition. It allows you to launch Firefox with a specialized profile with advanced privacy measures included. This profile has persistent cookies, history, download history and other privacy features off. Flashblock is included to block Flash Cookies and other nasties (if you decide to manually copy the Flash plugin to your profile). AdBlock Plus is included with a subscription to the EasyPrivacy list to block tracking scripts and sites. Local plugins and extensions are ignored and will not be used by this custom profile.
