Mit dem Support-Tool CrystalDiskInfo lassen sich Festplatten (HDD und SDD) mit integrierter S.M.A.R.T.-Diagnosetechnik und deren Parameter, etwa Temperatur und Speicherzustand überwachen. Es zeigt alle technischen Daten der Laufwerke an und bewertet deren Gesamtzustand. Zudem gibt CrystalDiskInfo eine Warnung aus, wenn die Parameter kritische Werte erreichen.
