This update is mostly focused on fixing AU problems on Windows XP.
And, we’ve also turned off MSE for now as it has caused crashes of renderer when watching HTML5 videos.

On the Mac side we’ve fixed the issue with freezing NPAPI videos in Full Screen mode.

Hi Opera fans!!!

We updated Opera for computers today.

This update includes chromium update to version 42.0.2311.152 and a couple of bug fixes for Mac platform.

We fixed a small problem when selecting URL on Mac OS X 10.10.3. Also, we received a few complains from users with old version of Flash plugin installed about video problems in full screen mode. All users will be informed to update their Flash plugin to the latest version. This will soon come to Windows as well.

We are getting closer to the Final release with each day, so here’s an updated beta build. Chromium is updated to version 43.0.2357.73. As in yesterday’s developer, this build should have frequent YouTube crashes already fixed.

Hello there!

One more beta build for you, probably the last one before going Final with Opera 30. It has the Chromium updated to 43.0.2357.81 version and some minor fix on Mac that we squeezed in lately. More details, as always, in our changelog. This build contains also fix for the Logjam attack, improving security on all platforms. Our security group will provide more information about that in a near future on their blog.

I should also mention that Thursday is a day off in Poland, so a lot of people here will make the upcoming weekend a little bit longer. Expect to read and get something from us next week.
