Hello Opera Fans,

Today, we have the Opera 82 Stable update. It’s based on Chromium version 96.0.4664.93.

Also, we’ve got a special update for our users in Poland. In the sidebar, in the Special Features section, you’ll find a new icon. This is Loomi.

Loomi.tv is a standalone web video streaming service currently available in Poland in beta, and is integrated into Opera browser for desktop (Windows, Mac, Linux). Additional built-in functionality allows viewers to cast it to the big screen, and Loomi will be expanding to more European markets in the near future with additional support for Smart TV and mobile devices.

Opera has come up with a secure way to protect you from this. When you copy sensitive data in Opera, the data is monitored for changes for some time or until you paste the data. If the data is changed by an external application, a warning is displayed.

This small feature ensures you can continue to browse securely and with peace of mind.
