Today we’ve prepared a new version of Opera 63 developer.
We made blur in the snapshot tools more blurry, and added an indication that you shouldn’t edit the area around the snap. We also fixed sending messages with pressing ENTER in VK app on the sidebar.

Today we’ve prepared a new version of Opera 63 developer with the snapshot tool improvements you asked for.

We made blur in the snapshot tools more blurry. We added the highlight tool and an indication that you shouldn’t edit the area around the snap. We’ve also fixed the VK app in the sidebar so that pressing ENTER now sends the message.

Known issues:

    Unable to perform shortcuts when video popout is opened
    Private mode welcome page is blank at the moment. Work in progress. Sorry for inconvenience.

Hi,

Please take a look at the updated version of Opera 62, based on Chromium version 75.0.3770.100.

We are happy to report that Crypto Wallet integration for the Opera browser now includes both Opera for Android and Opera Touch for iOS. Once you pair one of the mobile browsers with your desktop browser, you will be able to access your Crypto Wallet from your PC, browse Web 3 and sign transactions on the blockchain with your phone.

Other highlights:

    We’ve fixed a macOS bug where dragging a URL from the address field to the Bookmarks Bar froze Opera
    We’ve fixed blinking folders when selecting different folders in the Bookmarks manager
    Our new, water wallpaper is now available here

Hi all,

The new Opera 63 beta is available. It contains a lot of fixes and improvements, as well as new translations. All of the popular features on Developer can now be found on Beta too.
We’ve fixed a dark theme error in the Task manager, added horizontal scrolling for news categories and replaced the VPN icon with a bigger one.

The most important fixes are:

    Snapshot improvements
    New information in Private mode
    Fixed adding your own wallpaper
    Removed folder blinks when selecting different folders in opera://bookmarks
    Fixed the deny access and reload buttons on Windows
    Made it possible to move the detached developer tool window on Mac
    The Bookmarks Bar is now hidden once the last bookmark is removed
