auf der Anwendungsseite:

    Ich habe die beiden Schaltflächen für die Servicekontrolle durch eine einzige mit einem Status ersetzt. Das ist bei anderen Programmen üblicher.
    Ich habe die Schaltfläche für die Online-Erkennung gegenüber der Schaltfläche für die Offline-Erkennung hervorgehoben.
    Ich fügte eine erklärende Nachricht am Ende der Offline-Erkennung hinzu.
    Ich habe einen Fahrstuhlfehler behoben, der auftrat, wenn das Fenster in der Größe verändert wurde.
    Ich habe die Agentenaktualisierung bei der Offline-Erkennung deaktiviert.

    Im Erkennungsdialog habe ich die Auswahlmöglichkeit, den Dienst zu wechseln, entfernt, die den Benutzer verwirrte.
