Neue Funktionen

    das Notesbrowser Fenster lässt sich nun wie jede andere Anwendung flexibel in der Größe verändern, z.B. lässt sich das Notesbrowser Fenster nun bequem über mehrere Monitore ziehen

die Schriftarten in den Textfeldern werden beim Ändern der Größe nicht mehr verändert sondern der "Zoom" Modus der Textfelder wird genutzt
ändert man die Schriftart oder Schriftgröße in den Einstellungen, wirkt sich diese Änderung nun nur noch auf leere oder neue Textfelder aus. Die Textfelder die bereits Text enthalten werden nicht mehr verändert. Vorher wurden die Schriftgröße in Textfeldern mit weniger als drei Zeilen angepasst. Dies war inkonsequent. Will man den vorhandenen Text eines bereits mit Text gefüllte Feldes an die neuen Einstellungen anpassen dann muss man in diesem Feld STR+A und STR+N benutzen (für "Alles markieren" und dann "Text normalisieren")
die flexible Größenänderung des Notesbrowser Fensters hat auch Auswirkungen auf die grafischen Skin Elemente. Benutzen Sie einen Skin bei dem z.B. das "Maximieren"-Icon fehlt, laden Sie den Skin am besten noch einmal von unserer Skin-Seite heruntert! Hier die Details was genau angepasst wurde:

    es gibt ein neues Icon zum Maximieren: Maximize.jpg
    die früheren "Zoom Grafiken" zum Vergrößern oder Verkleinern des Fensters sind nun Teil der Ecken Grafiken und entfallen
    die Grafik Logo.jpg gibt es nicht mehr
    die Grafik Right.jpg wird nur in voller Breite benutzt - generell werden alle größenrelevanten Grafiken nun "gestreckt"

Komfort-Modus beim Seite einfügen: wenn die aktuelle Seite leer ist und nicht durch den Freeform-Mode in der Feldaufteilung verändert wurde, dann wird diese Seite gleich mit der eingefügten Seite überschrieben
Notesbrowser muss nur noch in zwei seltenen Fällen sich selber neu starten: Nach einer Datenwiederherstellung und wenn in den Einstellung verändert wird ob das Programm in der Taskleiste oder im System Tray läuft - dies löst auch einen Fehler unter Windows 10®.

Fehler ausgebaut

    Es wurden uns von Benutzern Fehler berichtet dass unwichtige Dateien (z.B. mit nur Einstellungen) nicht komplett geladen werden konnten (z.B. Calendar.xml oder ReminderData.xml). Waren diese Dateien beschädigt, ging es nun nicht mehr weiter, da Notesbrowser mit beschädigten Dateien sicherheitshalber gar nicht erst startete. Dies wurde nun für alle Dateien zentral verbessert: nun wird in so einem Fall z.B. das Reparieren der Datei angeboten oder der Benutzer kann der Ordner mit der beschädigten Datei öffnen
    bei Umstellung von sehr alten Notesbrowser Versionen (welche noch mit dem Dateiformat XX Site.IC3) wurde der Import dieser alten Datenbank in die aktuelle Version mit einer Fehlermeldung abgebrochen
    wurde im Freeform-Modus gespeichert, dieser aber nicht beendet und dann noch mal etwas verändert wurde diese neue Änderung nicht mehr gespeichert
    Einstellungen: Auswahlmöglichkeit Hotkey F12 entfernt da dieser immer vom Windows® Debugger reserviert wird und somit sowieso nicht funktioniert
    bei mehreren Monitoren wurde die Zentrierung der Dialoge für die Seiten- und Kategorieaufteilung verbessert
    bei bestimmten Bildschirmauflösungen waren zwei kleine Icons (Link starten und Mail) im Hauptfenster sichtbar
    Terminplaner: Neuer Termin Dialog: Bei bestimmten Schriftarten war der Text in den Auswahlboxen immer ausgewählt
    Terminplaner: Fehler behoben bei dem bei einem Doppelklick in eine Spalte eine ausgeschaltete Spalte wieder auftauchte
    Terminplaner optisch verbessert: Gitterlinien werden wieder komplett gezeichnet wenn diese Option ausgewählt ist und Felder komplett ausgefüllt
    Fehler nur unter Windows XP®: Runtime Exception beim Beenden von Notesbrowser wenn XP Themes eingeschaltet waren und die Einstellungen oder die Druckvorschau aufgerufen wurden

In My Diary ist eine kleine Freeware, die sich hauptsächlich um Termine kümmern kann - inkl. Terminerinnerung. Zusätzlich bringt die Software noch ein Notizblock, ein Passwortmanager und -generator, sowie ein Adressbuch mit. Die Daten von In My Diary können auf Wunsch verschlüsselt werden, so das ein verlorener USB-Stick nicht ganz so ärgerlich ist. Der Im- und Export von iCalendar und vCard ist möglich, so das man seine Daten auch mit anderen Programmen synchron halten kann. Im Download ist eine Hilfedatei enthalten, die über das Programm aufgerufen werden kann.

UK's Kalender is a personal calendar that sits in the system tray and reminds you of upcoming events or deadlines. Events can be displayed in weekly, fortnightly, monthly or yearly view. They can also be organized into different categories with their own settings. Documents or programs can be attached to an event so that they are automatically launched when the event fires.
