The version has been bumped to 280 to reflect sizeable changes to the code and corrections.

Anti-DDoS has been added. This resulted in corrections in the underlying model within WASTE, as bugs became evident.

To cater for true serving of the same content simultaneously to multiple anonymous users and with pause/resume, full compatibility with earlier versions of WASTE could not be guaranteed in this release. Users can elect to withdraw their user nickname on the network, for further anonymising their transfers. This complicates the code.

You may see a failure to start transfers from new version to old version after this release, as a result.
Transfers from older versions to this newest version do work.

To reflect what we were forced to do, we are bumping the version number to 280. This reflects the sizeable change to code and therefore function. We're hoping no more changes to the model are required.

We deliberately leave old versions here, in case you must use an older version.
Best results are achieved if you are on the same version as your server.

    Fix notification setting being inverted. When non-important notifications were disabled it instead

    Work around issues with PQ and multihop caused by fragmentation in the tunnel. The workaround
