Thema: Kaffeine HowTo?

Hi,

irgendwie finde ich hier nix detailiert zum Thema Kaffeine + sc Plugin installieren.

Ich hab jetzt Kaffeine und das SC-Plugin auf Ubuntu 6.10 als debian paket installiert. Die normalen Sender und Ton etc gehen jetzt
mit Kaffeine, aber ich bekomme die verschlüsselten nicht zum laufen.

Wo kann ich das Plugin bei Kaffeine auswählen und einstellen?
Und wo müssen die files hin?

also erstmal: welche version vom plugin benutzt du? bei der letzten 0.2.4beta (und alle späteren Versionen) muss der kex in /home/username/.kaffeine

der Dateiname muss richtig geschrieben sein (Linux ist case sensitive) SxxxCxx.Kxx und der Keyaufbau kompatibel.

Probier mal zum Anfangen die Datei aus diesem thread

und was noch wichtig ist:

man sollte sich nicht binary packages von "irgendwo" her installieren. Diese könnten eventuell Funktionen enthalten die das System beeinträchtigen könnten.

Nur von einer vertrauenswürdigen Quelle ist diese Gefahr minimiert. Vertrauenswürdige Quellen sind  ausschließlich das Vertriebssystem deines Distributors.

Jegliche andere Software sollte man  aus den Sourcen selbst kompilieren. Es ist überhaupt nicht schwer sich ein build system zu installieren: (sources.list)

source des plugin downloaden, irgendwohin unter deiner homedir entpacken, terminal öffen und ins neu erstelle Verzeichnis wechseln wo du die Sourcen entpackt hast, und:

du musst den pfad /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.xx-xx/include/asm-i386/unaligned.h natürlich auf dein System anpassen. bei mir ist dies z.B. /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.15-23/include/asm-i386/unaligned.h

Ebenso immer einen Blick wert ist das ofizielle Kaffeine Handbuch

GIbts evtl noch irgendwo ne aktuelle und sortierte Kanalliste oder nen Kanallisteneditor für kaffeine?

Und gibt es ne Liste welche Sender auf Astra mit s*ftc*m gehen?
Bei mir geht z.B EasyTV und D+ net obwohls in der softcam steht.
(Es gab hier mal irgendwo nen link auf ne sat Seite. Ich finde den aber nimmer)

Ich kann mit dem Fehler leider nichts anfangen,alle anderen Fehler hab
ich mit Verknüpfungen hinbekommen.

Nen Cardclienten wirst Du wohl kaum haben.....

Ich meine den Fehler hatte ich auch und trotzdem hat make install keine Probleme gemacht.

Hi hat leider nicht geklappt,Make install installiert
garnicht erst .Fehlermeldung ist die gleiche wie bei make.
Wenn ich kaffeine mit Konsole starte taucht auch die Fehlermeldung .
das er das Sc plugin nicht finden kann nicht auf.

wie hast du kaffeine installiert? (falls über deine Distro, schau ob es ein devel - package gibt, ansonsten baue es von source)

überprüfe nochmals ob wirklich alle build toos installiert sind:

das log sagt leider nicht wirklich aus, was da passiert ist

der compiler scheitert in der

funktion, was darauf hindeutet, dass die Qstring Class reference keinen Unicode character string bereitstellen kann, was wiederrum heisst, dass höchtwahrscheinlich die oben erwähnten qt3-dev-tools fehlen, oder eben von kaffeine kein devel package installiert ist.

starte nochmal mit "make clean" im plugin source ordner

Kanallisteneditor kenne ich keinen, basic settings kannst du unter "Kaffeine - DVB - Channels" einstellen, oder den File channels.dvb (aus ~/.kaffeine) manuell im Text Editor bearbeiten.

Sorry for my writing in English but my German is so bad. 
Editing channels.dvb is easiest with OO Calc, or any other spreadsheet supporting csv files. Just rename channels.dvb to channels.dvb.csv. Open it with OO Calc, then specify "|" as separator (nothing else), and set the second column (the one with names) to text. Editing is as easy as editing a simple spreadsheet. After you are done, save and rename channels.dvb.csv back to channels.dvb.
Hope you find this useful.

Edit: Column T contains the channel numbers. After reordering the channels to your liking, be sure to autofill it with 1,2,..,n.
Btw, the file is located in ~/.kde/share/apps/kaffeine.

Hallo und wieder ein Problem,Versuch Kaffeine 0.4.8 aus dem
Src zu Kompilieren. Configure läuft nicht durch ,die Paranoia Header können Nicht gefunden werden.
Feisty Fawn ist wohl doch nicht so cool.
