Balabolka is a feature-rich program to read text aloud from a variety of file types including DOC, RTF, PDF, ODT, FB2 and HTML. The program uses Microsoft's own Speech API 4 and 5, but lets you fine tune various voice parameters, including rate and pitch, and a substitution list can also be applied to improve the quality of the voice's articulation. The program supports customized font and background color, skins, control reading from the system tray or by the global hotkeys.

Balabolka can also save the synchronized text to external LRC files or in MP3 tags inside the audio files. When the audio file is played with players on a computer or on modern digital audio players, the text will be displayed synchronously (in the same way as lyrics for songs).

Also includes batch conversion tools from of a wide variety of document formats to audio or plain text and a file compare tool, file splitter, and screen magnification window.

Snipaste is an easy screen capture and image edition program, especially useful for detecting windows and menus, supporting pixel-level control. Both captured images and various clipboard content can be pasted as a floating window to the desktop. Windows can be moved, organized into groups, saved to file, as well as basic editions like rotation, zoom, translucence, etc.

The program can grab colors, supports themes, and includes multi-screen support. The default keys (which can be customized) are F1 for Snip and F2 for Paste.

Additionally we added some code quality measures, since build 87, which should reduce the number of problems.

An experimental plug-in was added which adds functionality which only works with Windows 10:
1) Sharing screenshots with Windows 10 apps
2) Exporting the text via Windows 10 OCR to the clipboard
We don't know if this will be in the final release of 1.2.9, this depends on the stability of this functionality.
It will only be installed when the target system is running with Windows 10, and if the default or full installation is selected, for custom you will need to manually select it.
