Primitive Case Changer is a small tool that offers you the fastest and most comfortable way to change the letter case. All you have to do is cut the necessary text and paste it back immediately. It means that you press Ctrl+X and then Ctrl+V on the keyboard and you get the changed text at once. You will not even have to paste your text into Primitive Case Changer and click buttons. The program monitors the clipboard and automatically changes the text according to the specified settings.

Nach den Angaben auf der verlinkten Webseite kann die freie Version die Keys von Windows 7 und 8 NICHT ermitteln.

Glücklicherweise habe ich für sowas eine etwas ältere Version von SIW herumliegen, die noch ohne "Open Candy" Beipack kam.
Die tut das immer noch für umme und ist auch portabel.
Möchte allerdings mit Admin-Rechten verwendet werden.

QuickTextPaste ist ein kleines Programm, das Ihnen ermöglicht, auf die Schnelle vordefinierte Texte in Programmen per Windows Tastenkombination einzufügen.

Der Sinn des Programms liegt darin, dass man diverse Texte, die man sehr oft benötigt, wie z.B. die Emailadresse, hinter einem bestimmten Tastenkürzel hinterlegen und jederzeit aufrufen kann, somit vermeidet man bei längeren Emails oder Texten Zeit und vermeidet Tippfehler.
