Mit File Governor von NoVirusThanks können von Windows gesperrte Dateien und Ordner gesucht, freigegeben und gelöscht werden. Das passiert über die Programmoberfläche, bzw. bei der installierten Version kann das auch über das Kontextmenü vom Explorer erfolgen. Dazu werden dann Prozesse beendet, die auf die entsprechende Datei zugreift. Open Handles werden geschlossen und DLL Dateien entladen. Gesperrte Dateien können auch beim nächsten Neustart gelöscht werden.

    Recent Shortcuts right-click menu: The new submenu (under New in the main worskapce menu) keeps track of the last shortcuts/commands that you launch and allows you to quickly relaunch them in the future. This feature is useful to quickly reopen previously running programs after you restart your computer.
    The dialog that allows you to choose whether to restore the workspace or not when SideSlide wasn't properly closed (Windows crash, etc) was removed. The workspace will be automatically restored to its most recent state.
    New keyboard shortcut: [F7] to maximize/restore the workspace. You can keep containers, shortcuts, pictures and notes in the maximize state and quickly access them when needed. You can also double-click the title-bar to maxmize the workspace. Use Ctrl+Tab to navigate worskpace wide tags.
    Quickly open all shortcuts that share the same tag via the Keyboard Launcher: Enter "tag:" or "t:" followed by the tag name. For example, add the tag "browsers" to all of the installed web browsers and enter: "t:browsers" to open all of them at once. Remember that you can also right click a shortcut and select "Tag Start", or select the "Tag Start" check-box from the Shortcut Properties dialog.
    Added backup information to the About dialog.
    New Reloader dialog style (Settings dialog [F3] >> Ignore Changes [F4]) with the ability to close the dialog before SideSlide restarts.

Release Notes

Sorry for the numerous updates in the last week. I'm fighting against an intermittent issue probably caused by Windows preventing users to close the popup menu by clicking outside of the menu or clicking the Escape key as they would do normally. I tried various method to get round this issue but, in the end, these changes had side-effects worst than the initial issue. For this reason, I reverted some of these changes and will start a beta test with users accepting to give feedback about this issue and some new features (see website page "Support / Beta Test Page"). Until this issue is resolved, I added the QAP Feature named "Close this menu" that you can insert in the main menu to close the menu by clicking this item.
Reverting to v7.1.4 before tentative patches to fix the "close menu issue", keeping the following changes in v7.1.5 to v7.1.8:
- Add the QAP feature "Close this menu" to force closing the menu when the issue is present.
- Add the "Close this menu" to the default menu created at first QAP execution (actual users must add it manually - Settings, Add buton, QAP Feature, Close this menu).
Various bugs not related to the "close menu issue".
Addition of Chineese Traditional (Taiwanese Mandarin, ZH-TW) and update to other language files.

Mit dem Dateilisten Schreiber können Listen von Ordner erstellt werden. Zusätzlich können aber auch händisch Dateien in den Dateilisten Schreiber gezogen werden, bzw. über die integrierte Suchfunktion zu suchen. Die erstellte Liste kann in verschiedene Formate exportiert werden. Wählt man das HTML-Format aus, können die Dateien darin verlinkt werden. Es können mehrere Profile angelegt werden, die beim Starten auch kombiniert werden können (sofern sich die Einstellungen nicht ausschließen).
