FileBot ist ein nützliches Umbenennungs-Tool speziell für Filme und Serien. Die Freeware ist dabei behilflich, mehreren Filmen oder Serien automatisiert und einheitlich Dateinamen zu verleihen.

Anstatt Datei für Datei mühsam manuell zu benennen, erspart es viel Zeit, FileBot diese Aufgabe anzuvertrauen. Es gelingt der Freeware, mit Hilfe von verschiedenen Film- und Seriendatenbanken wie IMDb die Videodateien automatisch zu benennen.
